Due to a聽UCAS embargo there will be reduced functionality on your myHub聽homepage聽until mid-August.
From 6pm on Monday 29聽July until 9am on Tuesday 6聽August, and from 2pm on Friday 9聽August聽until 8am on Thursday 15聽August, UCAS have imposed a strict embargo period that regulates our communications with applicants.
For this reason, we need to restrict functionality of some sections of our student records system - this also allows us to complete our annual maintenance of our student records system ahead of the new academic year.聽
As a result there will be reduced functionality on your myHub聽homepage, and the following sections will be disabled during the embargo聽period:聽
- Messages
- Additional Learning Support (including registering with ALS)
- My documents聽
- Applications
- Course details
- Registration
- Enrolments.
Exam results and聽timetables聽will still be fully accessible.
You may聽find that your usual access to your myHub portal is聽temporarily disrupted while we make these changes. If you experience any on-going technical issues please contact聽IT Services, and for any questions relating to services you cannot access during this time, please contact AskBU.
